The Division works with programs including the Virginia Preschool Initiative and Early Childhood Special Education, and focuses primarily on topics related to ensuring high-quality early learning environments, enhancing professional development for early learning providers, strengthening family engagement and maintaining a unified early learning system within Virginia.
